Product Description

Glucose tube is used in blood collection for the test such as blood sugar, sugar tolerance, erythrocyte electrophoresis,anti-alkali hemoglobin and lactate. The added Sodium Fluoride effectively prevents metabolism of blood sugar and Sodium Heparin successfully solves the hemolysis. Thus, the original status of blood will last for long time and guarantee stable testing data of blood sugar within 72 hours. Optional additive is Sodium Fluoride+Sodium Heparin,Sodium Fluoride+ EDTA.K2, Sodium Fluoride+EDTA.Na2.

EDTA is a chelating agent that effectively sequesters calcium ion in blood, so that prevent blood clotting. Sodium fluoride can prevent blood glucose degradation, and keeps blood of primeval state for a long time. Product can be used for serum tests such as blood glucose, sugar tolerance, red cell electrophoresis,etc.

Usage

1. Make sure of the instruction and label on the product certification in the package.

2. Check whether the vacuum blood tube to be damaged, polluted, leaked or not.

3. Make sure of the volume of blood.

4. Use one end of blood needle to puncture skin and puncture the blood collection tube  using the other end after the blood returns.

5. Remove the blood needle when the blood rose to the scale ,Invert tube 5-6 times after collection.
