Coagulation vessel → blood routine tube → blood sedimentation tube → biochemical tube.

Note: The blood routine tube must be collected in the second tube anyway (the blood tube is the third tube when blood culture is the most preferred), except for the blood routine item. All blood collection tubes should be slightly reversed 1 to 7 times after blood collection, and cannot be shaken.
